Important Pipe Testing Machines
The UTSP-0000 Concrete Pipe Testing Machine is engineering to complete crushing test on drain and sewer pipes, copper pipes, structural fittings, precast cones. The machine is capable of testing pipes of any length with a maximum diameter of up to 3200 mm. It features high-precision aluminum forging; internal and external water cooling; stainless steel liner; aluminum and brass water pump with variable speed drive system; high-speed grinding; and UV coating for pipe finish. This machine is also available with an accessory called the Flex Serve Extender which offers the ability to extend pipe sizes. The machine is made with an aluminum forging center, which is capable of stretching to any diameter.
Injection test: The injection testing machine is also known as the penetration testing machine. This is a process wherein solid materials are injected into a borehole through high pressure. Solid material penetration will be controlled by the operator using a computer-controlled device. This is a standard procedure for non-ferrous tubes.
High-pressure testing: The high-pressure testing machine is known to test concrete pipes. This procedure involves injecting fine particles in high-pressure streams into the borehole. The particles will be melted by the high pressure and will become part of the concrete pipe. Control measures are done during the processing to prevent damage to the surrounding pipe materials. Control measures are implemented so that the concrete pipe can be reused when needed.
Hydrostatic pipe testing machines are used for the purpose of checking the dynamic capacity of pipes. It evaluates pipe dynamic resistance against an applied force. The equipment includes pump, control system and measuring gear. The control system controls the flow of the test solution into the borehole and the other parameters of performance like pipe end load, hydrostatic pressure, pipe velocity and temperature. Bottom bearer tests: The bottom bearer test is one of the most commonly used pipes inspection processes. This is also known as the horizontal dip method. It uses a cylindrical or an expanding header while pumping concrete pipes to measure bottom dead space. This test is helpful for determining the amount of dead space inside the pipes. The purpose of this test is to determine the dynamic stability of the bottom of the pipe against the vertical. This determines the amount of stress on the concrete pipes as well as the dynamic state of the bottom portion of the pipes.
Hydraulic fluid pump 14: Hydraulic fluid pump system is also included in some of the pipe inspection products. This is used to test the efficiency of the pipe lifting operation. It helps in detecting any problem in the lifting of the pipes. For this the hydraulic fluid pump 14 has a program selector lever that lets you change the test intensity from one to the other. This program selector lever also allows you to set the test pressure.
